Join us for the first event in the Playwright Series, featuring renowned playwright Brad Fraser in an exclusive Zoom session.

Join us for a series of readings by some of Canada’s most successful playwrights—all of whom are “Merging Media and Theatre.” They work across the dramatic genres of live theatre, film, television and/or other forms of media, and in some cases incorporate media into their work for live theatre. In addition to reading or performing their work they will talk about their multi-genre creative practice, its challenges and opportunities and answer questions from the audience. In keeping with the series theme, some readings will be presented on zoom and one will be presented in person.

On Cue Performance Hub is Regina’s newest non-profit organization in the performing arts. Our mission is to strengthen Regina’s performing arts community, afford greater public access to the full range of performing art forms, and increase the career viability of performing artists. We are committed to programming and practices that raise up emerging artists and artists from marginalized communities (Indigenous peoples, newcomers, people of colour, Deaf, disabled, LGBTQ2SP+ people) by providing them with space on Regina stages.
On Cue is an artist-run organization with 10 Steering Committee members, two of whom are full-time volunteers for the organization. In addition to the part-time Executive Administrator (contracted for 20 hours/week), we also have four part-time interns (contracted for 20 hours/week). Together we mount a year-long season of programming.
We are seeking to hire a part-time, Executive Administrator. The Executive Administrator will show strong commitment to the goals of the organization, have good financial and organizational management skills and the capacity to manage their time effectively. They will need to collaborate within and coordinate our team of volunteers and interns for the timely and effective delivery of the programs and projects within our performing arts season.
This position is open to candidates based in Regina, SK. In their planning and day to day efforts, the Executive Administrator will embrace and advance On Cue’s values and aspirations for Regina’s performing arts community and its contribution to the broader community.
This is a part-time, year long, work-from-home, contract position, with option to renew.
