We are joined by Jessie Grant (Founder, Rebel Marketing and Media) to talk Fringe: how to get into it, what to be aware of, pitfalls and benefits, and how to lay out the basics of what it take to get your work out there and how you can maximize your reach with minimal effort.
Finding Your Fringe Feet
This session focuses on finding your Fringe feet. We are joined by Anita Smith (Artistic & Executive Director of 25th Street Theatre, Saskatoon) to talk Fringe: how to get into it, what to be aware of, pitfalls and benefits, and how to put together a tour.
Touring with OSAC
This session focuses on how OSAC can help you tour your production across Saskatchewan on the school and arts organization circuit. We are joined by Marianne Woods and Skip Taylor to discuss the application, jury process, showcase, booking period and finally the tour! Learn best practices in each of these steps from the pitch to the performance.
Applying for SK Arts' Independent Artists Program
This session focuses on applying to the SK Arts Independent Artists Program in the Dance, Multidisciplinary, Music and Theatre streams. We are joined by Philip Adams, a program consultant from SK Arts, who will walk you through the application and discuss their best tips for applying, what are good questions to ask the program consultant, and more!
