A devised theatre performance that explores how mental health can be affected when what one thinks is best for oneself does not coincide with what others think is best for you through the use of soundscapes, voice performance, and physical theatre.

The Shu-Box Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible.
The Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11, 2024 performances will feature ASL interpretation.
The Friday, May 10 at 7:30pm and Thursday, May 16 at 2:00pm performances will feature English surtitles.
The Thursday, May 16, 2024 performance at 2:00pm will be a relaxed performance.
Audience members with mobility and visual disabilities will be seated in advance.

Kaydence Banga

Kaydence Banga graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Performance and Media, Art, and Performance (Music Concentration) with a minor in Psychology in 2022. After completing her degree, she went on to work in theatre as a stage manager, actor, and designer. Her recent stage management credits include The Black Bonspiel of Wullie MacCrimmon (2024), Innocence Astray (2023), Rites of Passage (2023) and Night Sweats (2023). She has acted in ’21 Club Speakeasy Murder Mystery as Zetta Zarbo (2023), MacBeth (2023) as Lady MacBeth, and voice acted for Rites of Passage (2023) as C. Finally, her design credits have been working on The Spotted Cat and Swallow Sinha (2023), Night Sweats (2023), and I Have No Idea (2023). She is very excited to be producing her first play.
