Adam Robert Milne is an actor, writer, and director based in Regina, Saskatchewan.

John Loeppky is a theatre artist currently working in Regina. Since 2015, John has worked in various capacities with Listen to Dis' Community Arts Organization Inc., Saskatchewan's only disability-led disability arts organization. John's primary impulse is as a writer, but he has also worked as a theatrical designer, stage manager, and producer. He has worked on multiple symposium's at the University of Regina, including Navigating Home to Homeland (2015), alongside such productions as Small Boy DREAMS, ReMeasure, The King Stag, and Philistines. John has also taught, via Listen to Dis', the City of Regina, Sask Abilities, and in partnership with Spinal Cord Injury Saskatchewan's peer movement events. John creates with The Other Ordinary, Canada's only crip touring company. The two shows the company has produced, Neither Heroes nor Ordinary People, and Mine to Have, are focused on the disabled or crip experience. John is currently studying for a Master's in Fine Arts at the University of Regina, focusing on disability, identity, and solo performance.

Natasha Urkow is an actor, director, writer, and public speaker. Born and raised in Edmonton, Natasha has acted in numerous theatre productions, Regina arts festivals, appeared in on-screen commercials and an animated film. She completed her MFA in interdisciplinary studies at the University of Regina and perseveres to use her own story to enlighten and help others through their struggles. She continues to speak for the Rick Hansen Foundation and Students Against Drunk Driving; has written for CBC Comedy Saskatchewan, devised and performed with companies such as The Other Ordinary, Globe Theatre, Sterling Productions, Devonion Designs and Curtain Razors. Natasha’s main focus is creating more inclusive working environments in the performance industry.

Nathan is an actor/musician/puppeteer/arts educator. He is a graduate of the University of Regina and the Globe Theatre Conservatory, and has performed on stages from BC to Ontario. He has worked extensively with Wide Open Children's Theatre, and has also been seen on stage with Globe Theatre, the Saskatchewan Playwrights' Centre, Dancing Sky Theatre, Live Five, and Souris Valley Theatre, among others. He has also toured the Canadian Fringe Festival circuit, and teaches piano lessons at the Saskatoon Academy of Music. He wrote the music for Through The Woods of Life, an ebook by Girl Friday Creations, and for a recent production at the University of Regina. He would like to thank the Saskatchewan Foundation for the Arts for funding the development of this piece.

Traci Foster is a disability artist, somatic educator, coach and director, who was Canada’s first certified Fitzmaurice Voicework™ instructor (2006). She is one of Canada’s lead practitioners of the work primarily exploring somatic voice with a focus on the intersection of awareness, intuition and action within the anomalous body. Traci is the recipient of the 2015 YWCA’s Woman of Distinction Jacqui Shumiatcher Arts Award. She is the founder and executive artistic director of Listen to Dis Community Arts Organization, Saskatchewan’s only disability led, disability arts organization. She has worked with a company of disabled actors for twelve years developing a portfolio of multi-disciplinary creative projects and a new web series aimed at increasing professional opportunities. These actors now perform innovative, original work across the province tackling issues of sensuality and disability, the desire to belong, ableism, and the political right to live in one's body.
