WE ARE HIRING
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
POSITION: Executive Administrator
Deadline: November 1, 2025
On Cue Performance Hub is Regina’s newest non-profit organization in the performing arts. Our mission is to strengthen Regina’s performing arts community, afford greater public access to the full range of performing art forms, and increase the career viability of performing artists. In addition to the part-time Executive Administrator (contracted for 20 hours/week), we also have four part-time interns (contracted for 20 hours/week). Together we mount a year-long season of programming.
We are seeking to hire a part-time, Executive Administrator. The Executive Administrator will show strong commitment to the goals of the organization, have good financial and organizational management skills and the capacity to manage their time effectively. They will need to collaborate within and coordinate our team of volunteers and interns for the timely and effective delivery of the programs and projects within our performing arts season.
