Dara Schindelka
Dara is a singer/songwriter with a touch of the north and the pull of the prairies. Currently based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Dara spent most of her life in northern Saskatchewan and this has shaped her music over the years. Her love of the landscapes and people are evident in her music. Her projects celebrate freedom, courage, and love and over the past 5 years she has travelled and shared her music from Ontario to Alberta and everywhere in between. Piano based and lyrically driven, her music brings a unique perspective into the Saskatchewan musical landscape.
Her single, “Thou Art Loosed” won the Folk Award for the March 2020 American Tracks Music Awards and was a finalist in the Love Wins Festival in Rochester, New York. Her music video of “She’s Like the Swallow” won Honourable Mention at the Women’s Freedom Song International Songwriting Competition in March of 2021. It was also nominated for Best Music Video with the Saskatchewan Independent Film Awards in 2021. Dara is also a composer that has choral arrangements of her music published for choirs and creates instrumental music for commercials and streaming.
Nominated for keyboardist of the year by Saskatchewan Country Music Association both in 2021 and again in 2025, as well as twice nominated in the Sask Arts Celebration of the Arts as a singer, and a recipient of SOCAN emerging artist fund, Sask Arts Independent Artist Grant, and Creative Sask recipient for the creation of her 2nd album, Dara has proven herself as a female creative. Her project, She Imagined, is a collection of traditional folk songs that share the stories of women from hundreds of years ago that have ties to our present culture. This album was supported by Sask Arts in 2023 and in 2022 her album, Saturn Returns, was the #6 album of the year with SaskMusic. Her genre bending styles include folk, classical, jazz and most recently techno electronic.
When not working on her solo projects, Dara is a member of the soul/roots band BackSeat Driver, and duos Northern Air, and Range Road Girls. When not making her own music, Dara teaches voice and theory at the University of Regina Conservatory in southern Saskatchewan, Canada and arts education.

Nifemi Oyetuga
My name is Nifemi Oyetuga. I’d help you pronounce it but phonetics and I are not on speaking terms. About me…let’s see. I have a love-curious relationship with myself. I don’t like chocolate (every time I say it, I’m surprised too). I try to be sexy but that’s not included in the user manual for my face or personality. Trust me, I checked. My middle name is Favor and it’s very on brand for Nigerians, which I am, but I’m not allowed to claim the nationality since I’m not a doctor, lawyer or prince yet. My family moved to Canada when I was seven years old, so yes, I was born here. Tomato, tomato;) I love the Arts and in the stew of high school, my choices of seasonings were choir, band, musical, improv, and a pinch of one acts. Stand-up is relatively new to me, but vision board 2026 wants me out of my comfort zone. Tough work when your comfort zone is eating, sleeping, and crying. The most important thing about me though, is that I adore people. Meeting people, hugging people, dancing with people, and of course, making people laugh. Love you and see you on stage!

Rhonda Gallant-Morari
Since the 2014 release of her first full-length album, Dance Against the Wind, Rhonda Gallant-Morari has been an active member in the Saskatchewan music scene. Not only has Rhonda been moving audiences with her rich voice, evocative song writing and unique piano phrasing, she has been continuously giving back to the people of Saskatchewan through fundraising campaigns, collaborative song-writing initiatives, inter-media art projects (including an exhibit at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina) and serving on committees that promote music education and arts initiatives in the community.
While honing her skills in piano, vocal performance, song-writing and music production with numerous national and international workshops, music summits and music camps, Rhonda has continued to write songs, resulting in her 2020 release Star Drift (with Brad Prosko, Bart McKay and Ross Nykiforuk at the production helm), followed by several singles including ‘Under An Ink Black Sky’ - an emotional tribute for a young Saskatchewan family killed by a drunk driver.
Rhonda’s captivating stories, intertwined with catchy melodies and beautiful arrangements, never fail to charm any and all that have had the fortune to hear them. Her sound embraces folk, gospel, jazz, with a hint of country and pop, which all at once inspires strong emotions.
Rhonda released her third album on November 20th, 2025. Songs from ‘Love After All’ speak to the different scenarios, emotions and repercussions, that come with committing to love.
