Carla Harris (they/she) is a neurodivergent disabled, queer enby writer, performer, and interdisciplinary artist from Treaty 4 territory, living in Regina, Saskatchewan. Rooted in music, theatre and writing, Harris teaches creative improvisation, while working on her first play and poetic crip memoir in unconfined #CripTime.

Cat C. Haines is a transsexual dyke, and an academic/artist/activist weirdo based in Regina on Treaty 4 territory. Her artistic practice spans experimental filmmaking, drones and soundscape, autotheoretical writing, amongst other mediums. Cat was the 2024 City of Regina Neil Balkwill Artist in Residence.

Kris performed in Globe Theatre’s Peter Pan in their newly renovated theatre, and is back to join the cast of Steel Magnolias!

A songwriter, acoustic performer, and sound creator, Martina began later in life bringing decades of lyric writing to life, including several digital releases. She spent the past several years exploring several instruments, music theory, and tracking sound, with several themed based live performance projects and first EP in the works for 2025. Her performances include originals and covers in multiple genres, storytelling and humour, to encourage strength and perseverance, through music's ability to both entertain and bring change
