Jessica Gares is a film and theatre maker from Treat 4 Territory (Regina). She grew up a competitive dancer, which sparked a love for the performing arts. She attended Vancouver Film School’s Acting for Film and Television Program in 2011/2012, before relocating to Toronto to continue her training and audition professionally. Next along her journey, Jessica moved to London, UK where she co-founded the Odds and Ends Theatre company and produced fringe theatre. She came back home for her directorial debut in theatre with Shoulderbirds Productions, directing Five Women Wearing the Same Dress by Alan Ball for Saskatchewan Theatrefest 2019, where she won Runner Up to Best Director. She returned to Europe, and was assistant directing an original play with the Orange Theatre Company in Amsterdam when the pandemic broke out, and made the decision to return home. Since being back Jessica has been actively working in the film industry, as well as producing, devising, and acting in a new theatre piece called lift/break with On Cue Performance Hub.

Actor and comedian, Shawn Koch, has performed on stages and screens across Canada for 20 years. His credits include: Supernatural, Stargate SG-1, Psych, Cagefighter, Masters Of Horror, and Donkeyhead. He has acted in productions of Glengarry Glen Ross, King Lear, Bus Stop, as well as two appearances at the Vancouver Comedyfest. This past summer he wrote and directed his first feature film, The Art of KYHU. He currently resides in Regina with his son Grady and his dog Petunia. You can catch him every Monday from 7-9am as host of the Jam 'n' Juice morning show on CJTR 91.3fm.

Tai Reign is a Two-Spirited poet from Peepeekisis Cree Nation raised in Regina, Sk. They first discovered poetry as a therapeutic outlet, since they’ve realized how powerful words can be. Now they use poetry to share their experiences, world view and make sense of the hardships they’ve experienced.
